Important information

Return period

30 days from the date of delivery. You have the right to return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be returned, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have approved the return, you will automatically receive a full refund within 7 days using the same payment method you used to place your order;

No restocking fees are charged for items you return.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time for the refund to be officially transferred.

Exchanges

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item, please email customer.service@nohrshop.com

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you received and place a new order for the item you want.

Starting a return :

To initiate a return, follow these steps

(1)- Contact us: Send an e-mail at customer.service@nohrshop.com stating your order number and the reason for the return. If possible, attach clear photos of any damage or problems.

(2)- Permission to return: Our customer service team will reply to you with instructions on how to return the product. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be asked to provide additional information or documents.

(3)- Return with postage: Send the product at your own expense to the address indicated. Make sure the product is carefully packed to avoid damage during transport.

(4)- Inspection and processing: When we receive the returned product, we will check its condition and the reason. We will refund you accordingly.
