  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Shipping time: 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Change of Address

Once a package is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If you wish to update the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via
email: customer.service@nohrshop.com.

Order Tracking System

After dispatching your order, we will send you a tracking number. This number allows you to track the shipment status of your package until it is delivered.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate the request.
If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy for further instructions. 

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package from the courier where possible and contact our customer service.
If the package has been delivered in your absence, please get in touch for further guidance.

Taxes

No additional taxes or import duties will be charged on orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
