When can i expect my order?
Latest order time: 18:00 (gmt+01:00) Central European.
We have a processing time of 1 - 3 working days and a shipping time of 4 - 8 working days.
The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. unfortunately, sometimes an order may be delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:
Have you not received anything 7 days after the expected delivery date? please contact us via our contact form.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands.
I am not satisfied with my order, can i return it?
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option of returning them within 30 days of receipt.
I want to return an item, what should i do?

Where can i find my track and trace code?
In your order confirmation email, there is a number at the top with a #nohrshop in front of it. this is your personal order number, which you can use to track your order on this page.
The track and trace code displays no information, how is this possible?
Make sure you enter your order number correctly, e.g. ‘#nohrshop7489’.
From the moment your parcel has arrived at the mail-order company, the track and trace information is available. Bear in mind that there may be some delay between receiving the track and trace code and the moment the parcel is trackable.
